I visited Dr. Defransis and was genuinely on the verge of tears as I tried to explain my problems and he kept interrupting me to tell me I was fine and that there was nothing he could do for me. I was frustrated, disappointed, and frankly embarrassed that I had been so vulnerable just to be silenced and dismissed. I truly left the office feeling so defeated that I wish I just hadn’t gone in the first place. I will absolutely be going elsewhere from now on; if I could give zero stars I would.
The staff was amazing and doctor was so nice.
I switched to Dr. Heather Hanzlik after reading all of the positive reviews about her on UPMC & Healthgrades. I had a bad experience with a previous PCP & she really took me under her wing as a patient and really helped me unravel my mess of issues. I really appreciate her. She made me feel like I was her only patient, and she wasn’t going to quit working until she helped me get on a good track. I have never felt such a relief. I am a 21 yr old female. Went to heather Hanslik for help loosing weight. Do not go to her. She is judgemental of patients weight. Will call you to scream at you and talk down to you like you are a little kid. Completely unexceptable in the health care industry. Do not go to her.
Dr Dominic Defranses is the worst... I would have given 0 stars but not an option DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE... IM NOT POSTING MY MEDICAL PROBLEMS ON HERE JUST TRUST THAT HES A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DR. PLEASE BELIEVE ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT HIM
