Desk staff was fine but the doctors and staff often speak down to me. Treat me like an issue when they made mistakes. This often happens in less affluent neighborhoods. Will be finding an office which can be kind and helpful.
I’ve had 2 of my ultrasounds done here so far and I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences. The techs are so thorough and kind and very good at their jobs!
I visited Dr. Defransis and was genuinely on the verge of tears as I tried to explain my problems and he kept interrupting me to tell me I was fine and that there was nothing he could do for me. I was frustrated, disappointed, and frankly embarrassed that I had been so vulnerable just to be silenced and dismissed. I truly left the office feeling so defeated that I wish I just hadn’t gone in the first place. I will absolutely be going elsewhere from now on; if I could give zero stars I would.
The staff was amazing and doctor was so nice.
