Excellent patient care - Samantha S is a top notch provider ! I had frozen shoulder for months - she did injections in my shoulder ( no pain with injection ) and days later completely back to normal . I highly recommend her !!

I’ve been able to work with Dr Jacob a couple times. I’m grateful for his thoroughness, the desire to work with the patient for healing, and that there is an orthopedic urgent care in Lititz.
Today I was in the office of 1555 Highlands Dr Lititz. I was refused assistance because neither the administrator nor the senior manager know how to work with patients and search for or confirm information about medical insurance. I have insurance from the state and was issued an EBT card because I am a holder of a house and at the insurance office they explained to me that for information about the insurance policy, I have a policy number on the card and said insurance package.
