Brittney valentin is the best won't go to anyone else ever to check on my babies.
Wouldn’t allow me to join my wife for the ultrasound because our other child was with us. Child wasn’t being disruptive. Will be looking for alternative providers. If you’re a single mom without childcare support, be warned about this policy! Ultrasound tech said she can’t do her job with kids around. Seems like being kid friendly should be a requirement for an OB office. Ask disruptive people to leave. Hurt and offended for having to miss my kids first ultrasound after taking off work to be there.
This place absolutely sucks. Some people there are amazing but others not so much. Both locations . the Gabes shopping center location and this one share employees and their unprofessional and rather send you off instead of doing the job they specialize in. For example Nurse Caitlynn and even doctors as well. I messaged Lindsay about having symptoms, i’m not supposed to be having during pregnancy. I came here for my yearly gyn appointment and heavier bleeding/pain. Only bloodwork was done and no ultrasound. I got prescribed medication to help it but it only helped a little. Turns out my IUD became malpositioned. They didn’t catch it here and I only know because I went for a second opinion because it just didn’t set right with me and that’s how I figured out my situation. Don’t recommend them
I am incredibly disappointed with my service here at Kenneth road. Scheduling is horrendous. I was lucky to find an appointment once a week when it came time later in my pregnancy. The office is overrun my CRNPs instead of physicians. For my 6 week check up, I was told to remove the scab on my incision of my C-section on my own…come to find I still had a suture showing underneath and couldn’t find an appointment to get it removed unless it was with that same CRNP.
