I like my doctor, and the staff seems nice. But I've had so many problems just trying to get appointments scheduled. The scheduling system absolutely sucks. They must outsource it because the last few times when I've called they had to put me on hold so that they could contact the office for me. The first time they said my doctor didn't work there, then they were like nevermind she does work there. The second time they couldn't even see my last 2 appointments that I had had recently. It is truly horrific to me that anyone believes they’re getting quality care here. It’s been almost a year since I was last seen here and I am STILL so angry about my experience, combine that with what happens years ago and I’m down right full of rage. I did not care much for the for the workers . I found doctor Romultus not professionally to my liking. Another worker was all glassy eyed like she was on drugs.Front desk worker was not very charming or delightful.office building and parking good have to pay for parking in franklin Pa. they still have parking meters.
