The lady I spoke to named Billy, was absolutely vile and degraded me for asking about possible free no cost charge/ insurance to be able to be seen for an ultrasound. Since ei just moved here from CA, and have no insurance here yet.
I like my doctor, and the staff seems nice. But I've had so many problems just trying to get appointments scheduled. The scheduling system absolutely sucks. They must outsource it because the last few times when I've called they had to put me on hold so that they could contact the office for me. The first time they said my doctor didn't work there, then they were like nevermind she does work there. The second time they couldn't even see my last 2 appointments that I had had recently.
