If I could give less than one star I would. Brought a friend here for outpatient surgery. Was told she'd be ready to go home around 1200. At 1230 I finally went and asked was told she was still in surgery. At 1320 surgeon called and said she was awake and in recovery room. I checked in around 1430 and they tried to tell me she was still in surgery. At the same time an elderly man was asking where his wife was. He brought her to ER at 0300. We always use this e r unless we have to use the closest one for certain circumstances. We have always had great docs and nurses and have always been treated quickly. Tonight we went to the e r and barely sat down when she was taken back, quickly assessed and treated for her dehydration. In and out in about two hours. We’d still be waiting had we used the other upmc e r
Absolutely horrible better off using web Md if you’re unfortunate enough to get Dr. Beyer just leave absolutely no care for anyone he will just judge you from the get go and make snark remarks not surprised as every upmc facility has really dropped the ball on healthcare and just want to hit your insurance and throw you out with no problems fixed if there was a zero star option I would hit it twice ….
