Had a surgery scheduled this morning with an arrival at 6am and I thought it was at Magee, where I showed up on time. Turns out it was at McKeesport instead. When I finally got there at 7am, the team on the 7th floor could not have been more understanding, kind, friendly but professional during prep, procedure, and recovery. They kept a potentially-stressful situation from becoming so. Big thank you to everyone.
