Learn to Skate experience left a lot to be desired. The first class my child lucked out with an attentive teacher. The second class the teachers acted as if they couldn’t be bothered and treated my child like an object and an inconvenience. Let’s hope the teacher training improves for future kids so they aren’t left feeling discouraged… We left feeling as if $$$ was more valuable than the experience provided.
I was there today on March 29 2024 and it was the most belittling thing that I have ever experienced. Let's start from the beginning. First I would say that the staff is way nice and funnier and I received a puck from one of them. But then I saw this kid who just turned 5 and gave him the puck. Then once we switched rinks I felt absolutely ignored and belittled because all of the players ignored us. I had a very bad experience with the sports nutrionist MICHAEL DIBIASI!! He agreed to do a seminar at my boxing gym in Indiana Pa. Made a bogus excuse to not come 5 hours before the seminar, after I set everything up and had over 40 people set to come. Then doesn’t respond to my emails call or texts to arrange a reschedule. Very u professional.. all of my members were really looking forward to it. The level of disrespect is sickening!
First time at this UPMC facility for my mammogram. Great service and friendly and efficient staff. Thank you!!
Great facility and great skating rink for public skate. My only complaint is the walkers for kids are pretty terrible and they really don’t work all that great. They were hard to push and too short for my kids which made their experience not as enjoyable. It’s nearly impossible to teach them how to properly glide and push with narrow walkers. Other than that it was still great. Staff are friendly and prices are reasonable.
