My SO broke his shoulder and we had no idea what to do. Had no idea orthopedic urgent cares were a thing but we are so glad we found this place. Got referred by a very sweet and amazing woman at another place. The facility is amazing!! It's huge and everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Got him xrayed and got a $10 sling. Never been to a place that opens at 5pm to 9pm. Got there early and signed the paper. Got seen fast and very happy with everyone who helped us. The PT services are great but they definitely need more staff for handling phone calls. It’s really hard to get a hold of anyone! Edit: still can’t get ahold of anyone. It’s been nearly two weeks and I need physical and occupational therapy. Scheduling here is always impossible even if you’re referred here by your doctor.
Wonderful staff, clean facility, great skate sharpening services, & really smooth ice!

Trying to schedule PT, left 2 messages . No call backs . Called UPMC rehabilitation scheduling line and was told that UPMC at Lemieux does their own scheduling, suggested to drive to the facility to schedule. Really poor customer service !!!
