The UPMC Lab @ Divine Providence offers outstanding service! I was met at reception by a wonderful, young retired gent who was very helpful and only had good things to say about lab techs and staff. THEN, I met the techs - Ken, Kate, Tiffany - WOW!!!! They are amazing! Their approach was warm, helpful and very thorough - THANK YOU! A. Nettuno
I have severe anxiety with needles, but this lab has been excellent. I've never had a long wait to get called back. The nurses have always been very accommodating of my anxiety by talking with me, using butterfly needles, letting me lay down, offering juice afterwards, and showing genuine compassion. They are excellent. For anyone getting bloodwork - and especially those anxious of needles - I would highly recommend going here.
You are in and out. No long waits there
Terry was so helpful and nice upon check-in. Walked in for labs and was in and out in 15 minutes.
