If your webpage shows that you’re open till 7 PM on a Tuesday and someone pulls into an empty parking lot with locked doors at 6:15PM On a Tuesday… You might want to consider changing your hours so someone doesn’t drive 15 miles out of the way for a place that’s not even open.
I was worried because of the bad reviews I saw. The people here are very friendly. We were only waiting a few minutes. Theresa was a gem and took very good care of me during my x-rays. I would definitely come back here again.
Incredibly rude and unprofessional internal imaging staff. I’m sure this isn’t the only complaint, but I can’t seem to get a human on the phone lines. Incredibly unprofessional and borderline criminal behavior within the facility. I wouldn’t recommend sending any of your friends or loved ones to this facility. -5 stars, I hope this gets addressed and fixed.
Clean facility, polite staff... My issue was the bad breath of the lady who did my mammogram. Really bad halitosis. It's a delicate subject, but worth noting when you're up close and personal while dealing with the public!
