Have left 3 messages in 3 days for shoulder rehab after UPMC surgery without the decency of a return call. Easy to see why this facility has a poor rating - i guess it is time to move on and accept the longer drive
Totally rude staff. Nobody there at the front staff, then when someone comes out, they're totally incompetent.
I had an accident and was in a skilled nursing facility for 1 month. I got daily PT and OT therapy. When I was released to go home they asked which Home Care Service company I would prefer. Since I had been in a UPMC facility which was very good, I decided I would just go for the UPMC Home Healthcare Service. What a disappointment!!. At first I was impressed because they called the Thursday I arrived home and scheduled a nurse to evaluate me that next Monday. The nurse came on time and was very nice and thorough.
