Totally rude staff. Nobody there at the front staff, then when someone comes out, they're totally incompetent.
OMG!!!! I am the Caregiver for my family member who has to use this Facility/Company per insurance. My family member is in need of this care 3 days a week, with them to call the night before with the time of scheduled arrival of Wound Care Nurse. I had an accident and was in a skilled nursing facility for 1 month. I got daily PT and OT therapy. When I was released to go home they asked which Home Care Service company I would prefer. Since I had been in a UPMC facility which was very good, I decided I would just go for the UPMC Home Healthcare Service. What a disappointment!!.
