My experience with the cancer facility at upmc is as follows. Upon arrival I did self check on a computer to the right as there was a line at the reception desk. Once they called my name the nurse told me to go see the receptionist and get a bracelet, “as if I was supposed to already know to do that”. I went to the front desk and told her the nurse would like you to give me a bracelet. She said ok well go to the back of the line because I’m already helping people.
