If you’re looking for a pediatrician for your newborn, I highly advise you to avoid this clinic. Like all the other reviews said, they never pick up their phones. There is something very strange about the providers here. They seem very fake and disingenuous. They also brush over your concerns and don’t address them with care. They’re not thorough in answering any concerns you have and make you feel like everything is normal and fine, when it’s not. The exam rooms are a disgrace. The doctors are great, administrative is a mess, refuse to return phone calls there’s been multiple occasions I had to call all day with no response we have had to go to urgent care. It’s so bad I had to call other offices to get a return call back because their manager reached out so if you get really desperate call hummlestown they are wonderful! I've taken my children to Hershey Pediatrics for the last 17 years. They were always wonderful to me and my children and would answer the phone, call back within 10 minutes and would even come in on a Sunday to save a trip to the ER. With that being said, I think after today I will be finding another provider. Every time I try to make an appt, it's like trying to get ahold of the president. We have brought our children here for nearly twelve years. We adored Dr. Bartlett and have been received good care from the other providers as well. Sadly, the same cannot be said of the administrative staff in the last few years. It is almost impossible to get a hold of anyone. I will call five or six times in a day, or multiple days in a week, and no one picks up--not the front desk and not the nurse's line. I leave messages, and it takes them days to respond. I truly wish I could leave a 5 star review. The providers themselves have always been kind, pleasant, and helpful during visits, and I don’t have complaints about the care we’ve received in the moment. Although, I do feel they might be overwhelmed and understaffed with both providers and nurses. Unfortunately, the major issue and reason for us leaving is communication.
