I made the decision in early June to switch pediatrician offices. The continuous delays in call backs and lack of response from this office is appalling. Call to make a sick appointment first thing in the morning, goes to voicemail and never recieve a return call. The last 3 times this has happened I end up going to Patient First/Urgent Care with my daughter. Requested a transfer request of my daughters records on June 11th. It is now July 6th. If you’re looking for a pediatrician for your newborn, I highly advise you to avoid this clinic. Like all the other reviews said, they never pick up their phones. There is something very strange about the providers here. They seem very fake and disingenuous. They also brush over your concerns and don’t address them with care. They’re not thorough in answering any concerns you have and make you feel like everything is normal and fine, when it’s not. The exam rooms are a disgrace. They’re so tiny and you feel crammed in there.... read more
The doctors are great, administrative is a mess, refuse to return phone calls there’s been multiple occasions I had to call all day with no response we have had to go to urgent care. It’s so bad I had to call other offices to get a return call back because their manager reached out so if you get really desperate call hummlestown they are wonderful! After awhile I’m sure they will get enough of it as well. And when you do get a hole of them their administration is rude and claims they have zero voice mails…. I’ve left 4 in th... read more
