If you’re looking for a pediatrician for your newborn, I highly advise you to avoid this clinic. Like all the other reviews said, they never pick up their phones. There is something very strange about the providers here. They seem very fake and disingenuous. They also brush over your concerns and don’t address them with care. They’re not thorough in answering any concerns you have and make you feel like everything is normal and fine, when it’s not. The exam rooms are a disgrace. The doctors are great, administrative is a mess, refuse to return phone calls there’s been multiple occasions I had to call all day with no response we have had to go to urgent care. It’s so bad I had to call other offices to get a return call back because their manager reached out so if you get really desperate call hummlestown they are wonderful! After awhile I’m sure they will get enough of it as well. And when you do get a hole of them their administration is rude and claims they have zero voice mails…. I’ve left 4 in th... read more

I've taken my children to Hershey Pediatrics for the last 17 years. They were always wonderful to me and my children and would answer the phone, call back within 10 minutes and would even come in on a Sunday to save a trip to the ER. With that being said, I think after today I will be finding another provider. Every time I try to make an appt, it's like trying to get ahold of the president.
