Appointments are always on time and the staff are wonderful and truly care about your health. They are compassionate and understanding, listen to your concerns and treat you as though you are the most important patient they have. I love UPMC and always feel very confident that my health is the most important thing. So very thankful we have UPMC in our community.
UPMC is wonderful health network for me. It is very easy to get appt when I need. The pt portal is thorough with info of previous and future scheduled appts. Portal provides results of my tests, labs, procedures expediciously. My specialist doctors and pcp doctor all follow up closely with my care. Also I never have to wait more than 5 minutes at appts. Really good!
