UPMC Health Plan has to be the worst health insurance I've ever had. I've simply been trying to refill a prescription for two weeks now with no luck. My card clearly states Express Scripts with the Express Scripts logo, yet all of my correspondence via chat, messages, and phone states that I do not have mail order coverage. I've received three (3) insurance cards, all with different PCPs. None of which were accepting new patients.
