If you care about yourself or your child, do not step foot in the Cranberry office. Not only do they have no idea what they’re doing, they will just send you to Magee regardless. Don’t waste your time and just make your appointment at Magee to begin with. None of them have any clue what’s going on. Just an example, I’ve been saying I want my tubal done my entire pregnancy during my c section. They finally schedule the c section, after I have to hound them to do so, and they forget to put in the order for the tubal. Everythin... read more
Horrible experience! Had to wait months before getting inpatient surgery. This was long after Covid but they used it as an excuse for the delay in uping my surgery. Bled for months but no one seemed too concerned... I would never go to that facility again!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with staff here at cranberry since my first visit. Small waiting times, friendly faces, and a office full of positivity. My obgyn took her time to speak with me and ensure my baby and I are healthy. She addressed all of my concerns and answered all questions I had. Ive been very pleased with the obgyns. How upmc operates as an obgyn in the Pittsburgh area is ridiculous! So many circles to run around ! From needing 5 different appointments for a confirmation ultrasound to the physical paperwork for blood work! To repeat blood work to find out gender!!! I AM NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING A BABY WITH PITTSBURGH UPMC !!!!
I had ptsd from a prior experience and these women were amazing helping me feel safe and that they truly cared. Brooke Mastarone, CRNP I can’t truly tell you how much she made me feel safe and helped me through my first appointment since my bad experience.
