I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but my dad was supposed to have a phone consultation on 11/3/23. We sat on hold for over an hour. Then we called the office and they told us that the particular doctor is always late. He will be with us in a few minutes. After another half hour, we just gave up. We haven't heard anything since.
I had a great experience at this practice. Front office staff and nurses were very kind. Dr. Perri is a great surgeon and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to him if needed. He was funny, direct, and extremely competent. Thank you for everything!
Dr. Pham repaired my hernia laparoscopically with robotic assistance. He did a wonderful job! His professionalism is exemplary and if i ever need general surgery again I will go to him. Highly recommend! The whole staff at West Shore Hospital that handled my pre and post op were great too! Thank You!
Staff was poor. Can't understand Receptionist. She thinks she is doing a good job by speed talking. It wasn't just me. I could here on the phone with others constantly repeating what she said. When I ask her to slow down so I could understand. Her response was everyone says that. She had to say it twice for me to understand. Nurse was also basically a waste of my time.
