I had to bring my son in this morning for a bad case of croup and high temperature. I was able to schedule online with ease and all the nurses in staff are so nice. My son has autism, so some tasks can be very difficult, like taking medicine or vitals, But all the staff was just truly amazing with him and made me feel so comfortable. I seen Dr Neely (one of my previous PCPs) and she is just as amazing as I remember her! Thank you to all of the staff here❤️ 10/10
do not go here if you want your time wasted. what company does bill copays? i don’t have $50 laying around. i drove 45 minutes to come here and wasted gas all because they “are not UPMC” and “do not bill copays”. the hell? UPMC BOUGHT ALL MedExpress, they absolutely are part of UPMC and i work for UPMC, i would know. will NOT be going back
