Short wait time. Staff was friendly. I was very impressed with my provider. One of the most thorough exams I ever had, she truly cared about my well-being. She was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend UPMC GoHealth.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in TWICE in one week presenting with signs of a sinus infection. Explained my symptoms (including, but not limited to) congestion, runny nose, fever, occasional vomiting, and “it feeling like there’s an elephant on my chest.” The first time, they tested me for flu and covid (both negative) and sent me home with an anti-nausea medication. Tried to call and pay a bill and the girl hung up on me. Go anywhere except upmc. Awful customer service.
