Let’s start with the fact I walk up to the window and am greeted by a woman who wants to roll her eyes. She slowly unlocks the window (mind you it’s 1:30, they don’t close until 2:30). She opens the window and I say “I take that eye roll as I’m not being seen today?” The lady goes “yup. We’re closed.” And slams the window shut. I will never EVER be coming back or recommending anyone to this god awful hospital. Absolutely pathetic and lazy.
This shouldn't be called "express" care. Just like the rest of upmc cole hospital, slow as slugs
The two nurses I spoke with were both extremely nice and friendly as was the doctor. This was my first time at UPMC Express Care.
