Wait time was longer than expected. My appt was scheduled for 10am. I was pre-registered to avoid potential wait times. I wasn't seen until after 11am for a 10 minute visit.
The service at the location was typical, nothing special,. I came on the bill processing that I withhold the remaining stars. I am a disabled Vet, and was authorized to get treatment at this facility, and the facility was supposed to confirm authorization of this care, they did not and I was sent a bill for the treatment. After a few months back and forth with Department of Veterans Affairs ant UPMC, I got a notice to pay or it was going to a collection agency. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went there over the weekend, for a basic health need, a simple antibiotic should have been provided and treatment would have been done. Not with this office. They gave me an antibiotic and sent my urine culture out so they can get the results to make sure they put me on the right antibiotic. 4 days later I call them bc the antibiotics is not working and I had not been notified of any test results. Great and timely service. I enjoyed going through the option to try the antibiotic or not. Will definitely come back in the future.
Waited in a empty waiting room for a HOUR absolutely terrible place DONT GO empty parking lot aswell.
