While the staff is excellent at their jobs communication with them can be difficult to have needs meet.
I never write reviews but am for this office because it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a physician's office. First my appointment was scheduled as a virtual appointment even though I requested in-person. Then it was cancelled a week before and rescheduled with a PA, which I was uncomfortable with. Additionally, getting any answers about anything is almost impossible unless you hound the office daily and half the time the answers I receive are incorrect.
