Terrible wait time. Got here at 1 pm .. it is now 5 pm and still waiting. my mom has dementia and is crying. They have had no consideration for her. !!!!!

No stars . Hospital is terrible . Ppl are walking out and cursing . Bad situation. Sad what UPMC has become. From over worked staff to being completely under staffed . They'll never change don't bother. They will never be able to improve wait times. They don't even bother to try . They crew is a lost cause. Go to St .Margaret's there very good .

Er is the worst in Pittsburgh. Go there if you want to die. I check my self out after waiting 8 hours. 6 other people did the same.

Upmc Administration does not offer compassion as part. Of patient care plan although they proclaim I. Mission statement. They still only allowing 2 designated visitor per entire hospital stay...not per day. While AGH Hospital down street shows more compassion and allows family to come and support lo e ones All we ask is to have a family member there to provide care.support..love during normal visiting hours. The emergency department is shameful. Receptionists are rude and unhelpful. Would ride to Pittsburgh before going back to that ER
