Apricot size mass was found behind my nose biopsy done. Negative for cancer other issues deviated septum, blocked airway, enlarged adenoids chronic sinusitis can't breath was told its rare to remove adenoids in someone your age. Than nothing. No follow up zilch.
Came here today with an urgent referral waited 2 months for a 10 minute appointment to be told theres nothing they can do about my ongoing ear issues and allergy issues. They no longer do allergy testing so my sinus issues they can do nothing about... why are you an ears nose and throat speacialist and can do nothing for a patient with ear and nose issues. The nurse practitioner didnt even try to understand my case she was very rude and blamed my issues on teeth grinding and anything else she could come up with. Needless to ... read more
I wish I had gone to Patient Frist, it would have cost less. I was seen by Julee Eisenhart for wax removal in both ears. The office had me fill out a lengthy form beforehand. When I was taken into the exam room, she asked me the same questions that were on the form, DUH look at the form! It was obvious she was rushed. She spent under 5 minutes with me and made a snarky comment about the hair in my ear which was completely unprofessional. I received the bill and was charged $522 to have wax removed!!!! Saw PA Julee Eisenhart on May 21st. Took 3 weeks a dr appt 2 urgent care appts to get in to see someone. So, finally waited all this time and ms julee flies in spewing a some current but not all correct stuff. Moving too fast to care or listen. I had to take control back and say no.... and correct her but she ended up putting a wick in my ear because by this point my face, neck ear and head are all swollen... my ear was swollen shut. The wick helps so when you put the ear drops in they can eventually get into your ear. Ok so... read more
Wife had nasal surgery performed by dr shrouer. Ha complications after packing removed causing extreme nose bleeds. Called into office and was told they couodnt get her in for 2 weeks. Post surgery care is awful. Wouldnt take my dog to them
