I’ve been a patient here for over a year now. Lately, I’ve been disappointed with the level of care and response from this care team. I recently went into the clinic to do a urine culture test due to extreme pain that I’ve been experiencing, which they know about. It’s involved a lot of back and forth to numerous practices without answers or effective treatment. It’s very frustrating. I haven't met a lot of the staff yet but the front desk staff have been a great start to my visits. I always end up talking to Jaime when I call in with questions and she is so kind, friendly, and helpful. Between insurance questions and pregnancy concerns she's quick to find answers and get thorough information!
Nice people but you CANNOT get ahold of them. Switching offices after calling numerous times and not getting anyone on the phone. What’s the point of having one if no one ever answers it?
The care is great...when you actually receive it. If you have to talk to the nurses station or the front desk outside of making your first appt on the phone... good luck. No one will ever answer the phone. You will have to chase people down. If you're actually in the office, you will receive good care. But they do not give a damn outside of the office short of you going into labor. I have never dealt with a doctors office who was so difficult to reach on the phone. Completely unprofessional.
I have enjoyed my experiences here at UPMC Divine Mercy. I go to the Camp Hill office and have had great experiences with the staff and the midwives.
