I would love to speak to one of the urologists about the fact that your scheduler lady just hung up on me. If this woman on the phone represents your practice, I feel sorry for any child who comes to see you. She seemingly diagnosed my child over the phone, determined what he needed, and then would not schedule an appointment for him because he would like to see a MALE doctor (as a teenager). Nope!
