Jeff is awesome! Gotta say tho If you're in your 40s and need a knee replacement don't go to any UPMC doctor, they're just going to tell you to wait till your 60 and toss a knee brace at you. Advanced Orthopedics is the way to go with the jiffy knee replacement. No UPMC doctor wants to be an outlier or work on patients that are outliers which would put them into an outlier category. My daughter has been going here for a couple of months for for PT and we actually look forward to going. We always get in on time, or early and they are very thorough, explaining everything and correcting moves as needed. Christin is funny, helpful and an absolute joy to talk to while my daughter is doing her exercises. All of the other people there help fill in as needed and are always polite and welcoming. I would highly recommend!
From the top down, this place is fantastic! The entire staff is really great and professional. Every single one of them is always smiling, regardless of what kind of day they may be having, and always helpful through their knowledge and passion for what they do. Huge shoutout to Pat who brightens all of his patients days with humor and by being down-to-earth.
