I came to this office for the first time today. I saw Lauryn and she was so nice and made me so comfortable during my visit. Everything she did was explained and pain free. The woman at the front desk who checked me in and out was also very friendly. Great experience.
I had a wonderful first derm experience with this doctor. I was nervous about having a full body check. She was great to work with and I was comfortable.
Dr. Falcone was thorough, patient, and kind. She and her staff were prompt and efficient. I would absolutely recommend them to others.
Her staff is very rude, condescending and not accommodating. I would recommend seeking another dermatologist if you are searching.
