Dr. Falcone was thorough, patient, and kind. She and her staff were prompt and efficient. I would absolutely recommend them to others.
Her staff is very rude, condescending and not accommodating. I would recommend seeking another dermatologist if you are searching.
I have had a wonderful experience with Dr.Falcone at Partners in Health / Upmc Dermatology. I have a complex medical background and Dr. Falcone has successfully managed my chronic skin conditions with patience understanding and a positive approach. Office is always clean, staff are friendly, Dr. Falcone is the best !
