I was a patient in the OBGYN for years. I went originally for an IUD insertion. I was allowed to be put under for it, which honestly was amazing to me and I was so pleased with the process. Recently (as in the last 3 months) I have been experiencing bad pelvic pain and scheduled an appointment. They did an ultrasound and urine test, which lead to nothing and I was told the pain was normal. Wonderful visit to ER. The ladies at the desk were warm and kind and made me feel welcome and comfortable. The nurse with the rainbow color hair was fantastic, she was just what I needed. I was seen by Dr. Heiser, absolutely fantastic.
Always a good experience here. Very friendly staff , best staff I've met yet. Friendly and caring. Made a stressful situation for me so much easier. Thank you !!
