I went to the ER with a bat bite they started me on my series of rabies shots and the staff was so wonder!! even 2 doct/nurses came and and tackled me at the same time with the shots so it wouldn’t be so bad they had me laughing!!! love that ER!!!
Five years ago, a PA in a doctor's office saw me for the first time. She immediately treated me with such disrespect it was astonishing. I never went back. In our 10 minute interaction, she labeled me with psych issues. That is now my UPMC chart. I feel like Elaine in the Seinfeld episode where she gets medically blacklisted. I have a heart problem. I was there today with my daughter needing foot surgery done by DR Dresser. Unbelievable care by him and entire staff. Great caring people from the time we walked through the door. Food was great in the cafeteria, and great staff there also. A big thanks to the entire hospital
