The doctors are amazing! They take time to get to know the children. The waiting room is never crowded so it doesn't feel like a germ pool. We switched from Keystone a few years ago. It's a world of difference at UPMC!
Both of my sons see Dr. Black and he is truly amazing with children, i worried about changing my older sons doctor because he’s autistic but he took to Dr Black immediately.
Dr. Black is very thorough with the kids and never makes you feel rushed. Dr. Vascik is the same. Highly recommend this office.
Everyone there is super nice. Dr. Black is amazing. He is knowledgeable and actually cares (unlike many doctors I've encountered). As a new parent, I had lots of questions when I first starting taking my child to Dr. Black but he always took the time to answer them and calm my fears. I luckily have fewer questions now but when I do I can always trust Dr. Black to get back to me quickly.
