I highly recommend finding an alternative dentist office if possible. At the last visit with my two boys, one who just turned 15, I was asked by the Dentist to try and find another dentist because of his age and if I was unable to do that let her know. Today when I went for my younger sons appointment I told this exact same thing to the receptionist who immediately said that they are unable to see him because of his age and offered me to call places that I have already called?. very disappointing that at age 11 your child can no longer continue with the pediatric dentist here due to aging out that is a little ridiculous since they are still a child.
Worst experience ever. I took my daughter in for a cleaning and we ended up having a surprise tooth pulling that we weren’t prepared for. The dental Hygienist wouldn’t even let me hold my daughter’s hand or rub her leg from below to let her know that mom was there to comfort her. My next visit I had both my children in for a cleaning and I couldn’t be in the back with both because I had to sit in the waiting room with the other.
