Not happy. Doctor schedules treatment and does not consult with me. I feel like I have no say in my care. It looks like I was scheduled for chemo which was never mentioned to me. My surgeon got all of my cancer out and said I didn't need chemo. She scheduled for a medication which again I wasn't told about. I only found out when I called to reschedule an appointment. The Hillman Center in Pittsburgh is amazing, we switched to New Castle to be closer to home and make it easier for my mother, this place is a train wreck. All of the ladies here with an exception of maybe 2 are rude, they all act like they don’t want to be there. Daphne with scheduling is always condescending and her favorite line is “i’m just the paper pusher”, no one take any accountability there, everything is lost and can’t find this or that, the place is ran so poorly. I'm a cancer patient @ Hillman.. I am in major pain & called so I could be prescribed & they flatly turned me down!! If my cancer Dr will not help me be comfortable & help me thru why am I going to her??

If it wasn’t for Dr. Smith I would have left a long time ago, after my first appointment. He is amazing, very kind, but the front staff, I don’t think so. They are rude as heck out there, especially Lisa. Good luck, and you can’t get in for a while. Find another doctor.

We waited over an hour to get brought back to a room. The doctor was very nice and was very knowledgeable, helpful! Then we waited approximately another hour and a half to get the next appointment. They need to work out the waiting time!!!
