I went for blood work and X-ray, was checked in by Melissa who was so kind and helpful told me to sign in for blood the X-ray. Went to X-ray was brought in immediately and Theresa handled the procedure. So kind and helpful and clearly knowledgeable. I went to wait for bloodwork then but was just a far too busy day will return later. Special thanks and please recognize the ladies for their help. Dave Hill
Every Friday for my bloodwork I visit this clinic. It has its good days and bad like anywhere. Staffs friendly enough. Some of the nursing staff is top of their game when it comes to blood draws and some are not. As long as you don't mind a few extra holes in your arm its really not a bad place. Can be busy but make smarter plans and you're fine.
They have the automated check in stations marked "DO NOT USE". And no use using the app either. Still have to take a number and wait. Probably won't use this facility again. No sense in having technology if they aren't going to actually use it to make patients lives easier.
I have always had a pleasant experience anytime I needed to get bloodwork or any kind of testing done here. From start to finish, everyone has been kind and informative. I have needle anxiety and the people that do bloodwork make it quick and painless. The techs have always been patient and understanding. Went in for blood work and got a call the same day saying they didn’t even do the right test and instead took a urine sample. Person doing the draw was more interested in her phone. Was told to come at 6:30 am the next day so they could correct THEIR mistake. Went for a glucose test at one point and waited two hours because the front desk never put the order in and let the lab know I was there. Guess it helps when there’s nowhere else to go.
