Horrible doctors and patient care. Every doctor I have had through this medial facility has been garbage, just like every other UPMC facility. What doctor tells you that they won't discuss your concerns? Edit: I reached out as instructed. They blew it off and said that she didn't mean that, that it was a typo. So, I will be going forward with a lawyer for medical malpractice.

Dr. Scott and Dr. Derrick are both outstanding! Back in 2024, Dr. Scott diagnosed my ear infection after a previous misdiagnosis and prescribed allergy medication that cleared everything up quickly. Every Friday for my bloodwork I visit this clinic. It has its good days and bad like anywhere. Staffs friendly enough. Some of the nursing staff is top of their game when it comes to blood draws and some are not. As long as you don't mind a few extra holes in your arm its really not a bad place. Can be busy but make smarter plans and you're fine.

I went to wait for bloodwork then but was just a far too busy day will return later. Special thanks and please recognize the ladies for their help. Dave Hill
