This Lab where they draw the blood is getting more and more ridiculous. Waiting hours to just draw a tube or two that takes less than 5 minutes. Waiting area just full of people and they call back 6 people every hour. This is insane. Something needs attention here. The people that draw the blood are great but something needs done with wait times. Having a 5 minute blood draw shouldn't take half my day away, I jave things to do too. On another note, I had an x-ray done yesterday. Usually gets results quickly, message my D... read more
I had to have blood work done today and it was my second poor experience in as many weeks. It was a different girl this time. Saame result. Rude. Inconsiderate. No manners. And seemed more interested in her phone than her job. This time it was a blonde girl with a blue tshirt on. I understand it’s not an easy job. But that doesnt give her the right to be rude. It is not like we want to be there either. Especially w the wait times
I went in for a 3-hour glucose test and had to wait in the queue with everyone else. I showed up at 7:15 AM and the waiting area was already full. I waited over an hour and a half without being called back for my first blood draw, so I left. Most people do not have 5-6 hours to dedicate to a test that should be 3 hours, especially after fasting and while being pregnant. If you have a job and/or want labwork done in a reasonable amount of time, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
Came down with my daughter to get blood work done and seen the waiting room was packed. Sitting in a waiting room to get blood work done that should be done within an hour is taking way to long. They seriously need more employees in this place on the weekends as more people only have that option to go on Saturdays . Please look into providing more staff to help ease the wait time in the waiting room .
I was in there today for blood work. It was a mess. Long wait times for registration let alone get called back. When I finally got back there I figured out why. A blonde girl in a blue tshirt was staring at her phone. The others seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else. The blonde in the blue shirt stood out because she did my draw and was kinda rude and really had a bad attitude.
