My son had appt today 01-21-26 at 3:45 pm... I tried to make it.. I left my house at 3:15 pm unfortunately with the weather today it was taking a little longer then expected.... So I did the right thing and called at 3:32 pm and told the secretary that I think we may be running late because of the weather.... she was going to ask the doctor what i should do... he wanted to reschedule but unfortunately they had nothing in my time fame.... so I tried to make the 3:45 only to get their at 3:56 pm to be rescheduled.... but the p... read more
Every time we visited here we had the pleasure of having Sara. She is really great and personable and we loved to see her face when we arrived.
Poor care! Dr. Shutt don't give his patients the time of day. Stands there arms crossed or in his pocket and out the door within 2 mins! Had a patella dislocation and he gave me nothing to help. I bought my own brace used my own crutches! He doesn't care for his patients
The staff at Elite Orthopedics is a great staff to work with. They are always very friendly and get me in there in a timely manner. The nurses are always kind and actually seem like they genuinely care. It is nice to see an office maintaining that level of professionalism and courtesy to the patients!! Thank you!
