Fantastic modern apartment ! Nice view, central location close to town and beach ~ extremely clean and tidy - exceeded expectations. We had a great stay a few months back with our little family - thank you
Very poor service by Jan. Cancelled booking for no reason and re listed for an extra $500. She tried to take money from my card without consulting me first as per the booking. When I pointed out to Jan what my booking has said re prepayment she stopped responding & blocked my phone number. Thankfully for this very reason I only put money on that card when I am ready to pay.
I am updating my review. Firstly I would like to state that my first two stays with Upmarket Resorts were great. I had booked to stay in Oracle Tower Two through Upmarket Resorts from Feb 1st - 28th, with a cleaner to come once a week, I had paid just over $6,200 plus a $200 security bond. From when I first checked in I wasn’t able to access the safe and there were no beach towels left there for me which they offered would, then a funny smell was coming up from the showers and the toilets and sinks were not draining properly... read more
