I lived at this company's property for only 1 year due to POOR, RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL management! Tiffany Anthony & Yolonda Peters were the absolute worst that I've ever encountered of being a renter. I honestly don't see how this company "UPM" are allowing these 2 disrespectful women to manage such a nice complex. They may be perfect for that ghetto complex "Big Country Chateau" but they really should reconsider someone else with a much BETTER attitude to manage their "23rd Street Apartments".
