Best gym in town. Great staff and atmosphere. Trendy and professional. A great blend of top quality free weight and core training equipment.
I love the spinning classes because the teachers are very motivating. Elaine teaches a great Pilates class because she explains all the positions and is sensitive to everyone’s needs. Great gym and great teachers!!!

I'd give it a zero if I could. Treadmills are supposed to have televisions that work which they don't. Only one television works properly. The manager, Pace, is extremely rude and doesn't care.
The best classes in fort Lauderdale. The GT workouts are the real deal. Cancelled my other gym because all the great energy this place has. Jason and Zack are great coaches..
