Diana and Greg were very courteous and helped us to easily complete the paperwork for our storage unit and facilitating our moving items into storage.

The only issue was instructions for dropping vehicle off after hours.
Online information was accurate and easy to understand. Staff at facility was professional and answered my questions. Having to sign up online was not ideal because there is typically a technical issue; this was no exception. It all worked out in the end. The facility is really nice. Hallways are a little tight for novice cart users but the carts make transporting items so much easier.
