Excellent Customer Service
Got a unit in minutes, super easy and convenient. When I moved everything out, they called me and asked if I was done with the unit and the cancellation process was done within 30 seconds.
5 stars are for Logan who provided great customer service! I stopped in because I wasn't receiving notifications. He quickly figured out why and corrected the issue. He is smart and great at his job. It's employees like Logan that make customers feel good about a business.
