Following further communication and the establishment of a clear rental agreement, I am writing to share that Lexi, the manager at this location, has successfully resolved the dispute involving my wife and me. The resolution was handled in a manner that was both satisfying to us as customers and economically sound for the company. We appreciate the professional handling of this matter.
Staff is helpful & kind, and the place is well kept. Access and location is good and I've had an all around good experience
It's my Auntie storage but it was nice and clean.
Treated excellent. The Lady on duty was very helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend this facility. The drive into the building to unload is great.
