Beautiful place nice barbers. Just extremely hard to get appointment. I have made appointments and was stood up with know call or text. Sit out front on 4 occasion for 30 minutes and nothing. When I do get in very satisfied.
I got a cut today from Carlton. It’s the best haircut I have had in a while. Definitely coming back the next time I am in town. Great job, thank you 👏

This is as good as it gets. I've probably been to a dozen barbers in Pittsfield and frankly been dissatisfied with all – except this one. It is immediately evident that Carleton knows exactly what he is doing. Technically, he is careful, precise, thoughtful, and understands the craft to an unusual extent. The results were superb, among the best if not the very best haircut I've ever had. His studio is spotless, well lit, orderly, comfortable, and relaxing.
