These are the most incredibly unprofessional mental health professionals I’ve ever worked with. Patients beware, they will not work with you AT ALL if you need to cancel short notice (within 24 hours before your appointment)- even if the conflict is work-related and completely out of your hands. Instead they will charge you $100 mandatory no show fee and refuse to listen to any explanation and will shame you for having conflicts when they also only let you schedule during the work day. This is the best councilling center ever! Shelly absolutely saved my life and to this day I think of her fondly. I would still be going here if I lived in Wisconsin.
Asking for help from this place is like pulling teeth out. Wouldn’t recommend..
