If I could give it zero stars I would but anyways I agree with everyone in the comments below I’ve been trying to get a hold them since 2024 trying to find a place when I was pregnant and finna be homeless but they didn’t get back to me at all.
uplands need a new property manager call don’t get through then I just finally got through. I didn’t like her attitude. I’m asking regular normal questions. She didn’t have to be so rude. I’m a person with a disability and I have right to ask questions. about the unit, the housing or anything
Scheduled a showing to see a 3 bedroom unit twice, two different years. Once back in 2017 no one showed up or gave a courtesy call to say they wasn’t going to make it the property manager Stefani responded two days later saying they couldn’t make it in because of the ice and accidents. Now today after confirming with Taylor this past Friday for an appointment at 10:30 today, the exact same thing occurred no one answering the office door but a car is outside. Very unprofessional and clearly nothing has changed from years ago.
I love my townhome. The neighborhood is nice quiet and clean. Bridgette is a great apartment manager
