Scheduled a showing to see a 3 bedroom unit twice, two different years. Once back in 2017 no one showed up or gave a courtesy call to say they wasn’t going to make it the property manager Stefani responded two days later saying they couldn’t make it in because of the ice and accidents. Now today after confirming with Taylor this past Friday for an appointment at 10:30 today, the exact same thing occurred no one answering the office door but a car is outside. Very unprofessional and clearly nothing has changed from years ago.
I love my townhome. The neighborhood is nice quiet and clean. Bridgette is a great apartment manager
I agree with other reviews. I have lived at this property for 10 years and since the previous manager left, EVERYTHING is a joke. The buildings are getting run down and the bushes look like jungles. Maintaince is barely existant and the office is hardly ever open.
As a current resident, I can honestly say this is by far the worst place I have ever lived in. The rent is relatively cheap given the current market value but that is about it when it comes to living here. Maintenance is a joke. I have put in multiple requests to have things fix and either I have had to wait weeks, or it doesn't get done at all.
