We went to get information on starter train sets for future birthday. Very informative and helpful 😀 needed up purchasing remote control crane set because train set is for future birthday. It was like a mini museum so many things to look at and they even ran the train for us CHOO CHOO 🚞🚋🚃fun experience

Kim was great to deal with. Asked a question about the USA Trains Bear Can Christmas car and she let me know they also had a used one. I purchased the used one which did not have the original box. Car arrived in perfect condition. They took the time to package the car correctly. Highly recommended.
