This management and staff at this location are unorganized and essentially useless. They don't answer the phone. Usually when I call, I get an operator that has no idea what is going on. I have been into the office and they weren't professional and not willing to help me until I was persistent. I continue to get misleading information. I was asked to follow up on a specific date on a Monday, just to be told that the person that's handling my issue, is not in until Thursday. Idk what I would do or where I would be without Dr jimenez & Corey. I literally owe them my life. He's been my primary doctor for 11+ years. I'm thankful for him & the nurse practitioner she's amazing. He's very knowledgeable & goes beyond to help. They are definitely the best doctor's to manage any of your health issues. Yes there's a wait like any other place but it's very well worth it.
