I have been fearful of the dentist my entire life. I am now 65 and have finally found a dentist that I can go to that truly cares and understands this fear. I needed extensive work done, so far I have spent about 8 hours in the dental chair and I can honestly say Dr. Perez is the most caring, gentle and competent dentist I have ever met. Her practice is beyond holistic. Her staff is equally amazing, they make me feel so welcome and comfortable every time. I can't recommend this office enough.
I was there and they denied me service solely because of the type of insurance. The dentist, Isabela Perez, is the person most interested in PPO insurance than in helping people. I was actually going for a tooth extraction and sent me to Los Angeles for tongue surgery. Plus, she was disrespectful, making awkward jokes. Not even with PPO insurance or paying cash. I would go back or recommend that place. The secretary up front was very friendly.
A worker here is rude, the doctor is excellent, but she doesn’t do nothing about her. Her name is Norma, so I didn’t come back.
Be very carefully at this place. They are seriously all about the dollar and they hide behind Jesus fixtures and crosses all over the waiting room and Christianity music videos blasting on their t.v. Acting like they are real caring people when they obviously are not. This fakeness is written all over their face. Shame in them.
I prayed about finding a dentist, I had a list of about 20 dentist, God answered my prayer and he led me to Lighthouse Dentistry. When I walked into the office the first time I was amazed, I felt like I was home and I knew I was in the right place, they have Christian music playing, scriptures on the walls right when you walk in, and throughout the office, I feel at peace when I am there.
