I brought my compactor to get a diagnosis on what is wrong with it. They called me back, saying the engine didn’t work in and to pick it up, in an aggressive tone. Upon arrival to the store, the younger asian guy brought out the compactor fully disarmed and dropped everything when bringing it down the ramp. I told him why he didn’t put it back together and only said oh the engine is bad, again with an aggressive attitude. Do not come here, unless you want to deal with their terrible attitude and mystery pricing.
Please do your research. I was new the Upland and I failed to do more research on this shop. I was overcharged for major tune up on my Toro Lawnmower. I was first quoted 95.00 plus parts and at the end I was charged 115.00 plus labor and parts. The service took a week long and older male person was negative customer service attitude. Please do not make the same mistake as I did. Also the gas cap that was installed was not new and looks pre used.
Very unprofessional business do not take your stuff here!!!! was told that my pressure washer was gonna cost 100 to be fixed with a $30 deposit to check what was wrong with it, didn’t even get a call on what needed to be fixed on it they went ahead and just fixed it and charging $211, I would not even recommend this place they are so unprofessional and rude!!!!!
Got it handled and made it work for the job at hand.
