I confirmed my appointment in person with a female who said she is the manager. I later got a phone call from a female who said her name is Julie who told me that UHH would not be accepting me as a patient and then she hung up on me when I tried to find out more information. My husband came with me to check in person with the manager about whether or not I actually had an appointment.
