Do not ever do business with these people. They are absolutely disgusting as a tenet they are the absolute worst slumlords I’ve ever dealt with. My wife was in the hospital for 3 months I was with her everyday, so I got behind and then she died I put her ring in my desk at the shop and they locked me out and want me to pawn my dead wife’s ring so they can get paid…. Unfortunately we have had one of the worst experiences dealing with this company.We have never had our calls or emails returned.There has been a hole and severe roof leak since the day we moved in.It gets patched but never really fixed so it just leaks everytime it rains. We have asked to go over our rent ledgers for discrepancies since they took over from another company but still to this date no resolution. We have no idea who to even call in a emergency.All they are good at is taking your money monthly.
Bill and Mindy, supported by an exceptional team, consistently go above and beyond what is expected of them. They are detail-oriented, timely, and proactive, delivering white-glove service to their clients. I highly recommend their services!
