I took my son to get his root canal in the Upland location. At first he was very nervous, especially after researching all about a root canal procedure. The staff was welcoming, and very helpful. Dr.Vu was awesome and accommodating towards my son. In addition, I brought my daughter with me that day. She too needed a root canal, but was scheduled with a different doctor at another place. All staff are very accommodating. I'm always anxious with dental work-ups but Dr. Safa did an excellent job. I felt safe during the procedure that lessened my anxiety throughout. It was a great dental procedure experience. Thank you to all staff! -Cheevey

I have had the best experience here. From front office staff to the Drs. They are very friendly. They explained everything to me before and treatment was done. I informed them of my previous experiences with root canals and dental work in general. While the treatment was in process, I was asked several times if I was doing okay. I was not uncomfortable during or after the process. I was able to go home without medication and took no over the counter medicine after. Thank you to the Drs of Upland Endodontics.

Watch out for this endodontist office! They claim that they are calling your insurance provider to confirm their "in network" status prior to your appointment but it doesn't appear that they are. In my case they claimed they called my insurance company the day before my visit but after the day of my visit (and after already paying out of pocket on the day of my visit), I received a bill in the mail for large amount of money (the total without dental coverage).
